Since this instance however, we did have a cable box fail on us and the guests were super helpful in allowing the repair man in to deal it out and I did give them a partial refund for their willingness to help out.

The HVAC repairman refilled the coolant on the first trip ( was about $300 for 2 lbs and the service call fee) and I took the opportunity to go up there with him and ask him a ton of questions.
