With evictions been banned, has anyone recieved financial help from the state to remedy the lost income? 

Those that spent the last few years living wisely and preparing for a rainy day will not only survive, they will thrive as they buy out the weak.In my mind any landlord that is paniced becasue they will not recieve one or two rent payments falls under your description above.. they need to reassess the proper way to prioritize their cash flow and funding to have reserves / emergency fund.. 

@Patrick MenefeeIm actually closing on a property in 2 weeks, because of the Covid-19 and a very detailed inspection report i was able to recieve a $21,000 price reduction.

We have recieved multiple complaints from neighbors about garbage in the yard, junk cars in the drive and possibly an illegal daycare.   

Recieved my one thousand dollars a couple of weeks ago. 

Can't recieve assistance from any other program or what you do receive will count against this.

Yesterday I recieved a call from the owner of the other half.

When you refinance and cash out, the new loan pays off the original loan and credits a new note on the property.If the property appraises for $330k and the lender is offering 75% Cash Out Refi, you'd recieve $247,500.
