Game changer for active investor looking to get more passive investments, busy professional looking to diversify in real estate, individual investor looking to get into commercial or larger assets. 

Rates are a bit higher but if you can leverage up to do more than 1 flip at a time, it will be worth paying the lender fees.

Who do they have to answer to or do they just get to run amok and do whatever they want, no matter how unreasonable? 

The combination of its growing tech & healthcare sector, long-term resilience to climate change, and relative affordability makes it an interesting place to start our real estate journey.I spent a big part of my career in hospitality real estate consulting at a Big 4 firm, but I left to explore new opportunities and decided it was finally time to take the leap into real estate investing.

I can envision that the numbers on these luxury homes would lead to to a long lag time...but hopefully I'm wrong.
