Every update and query is a call to the web and the host's servers. 

My recommendation will keep your targeting much tighter to your intentions here.On a similar note, with 'Language Targeting' keep in mind that if you target languages other than English (Like Spanish, or French) you will still be targeting only english search queries.

There is a site like this but since I can query it several ways and get different numbers I don't know what to trust.

@Aaron Howell as I mentioned in the original query, this property is not on the market, so there is no seller's information package available to review.
