I love the Myrtle Beach area.Condos are a dime a dozen so there is stiff competition which pushes prices down.HOAs have their own problems which I always avoid.I would try and buy a beachfront house or 1st row house 

And while these groups help you a lot with the actual strategy, the best part is the network you'll gain which pushes you 10 times further then googling all the free stuff.

I also used to use investor carrot but went ahead and went with Wordpress/ and payed someone on fiver to create my website which has worked but Now im really wanting to understand how to add and take care of SEO for my website to get more leads.I love everything about followup boss- but I need a dialer/ would like to text and would like texting campaigns.

@Fareen E.Great question, and it’s excellent that you’re thinking ahead about this scenario.

At that point my project manager (and partner) started pushing him. 

after alot of procrastinating (like since I started this thread) I was pushed to write a business plan for my dreams in RE and Architdcture.

Others who do not know the market here keep pushing the vibe that Huntsville is all sunshine and roses for investing at present.
