SO---ARGUABLY, and it's true too---almost everything we do can be traced back to some sort of activity on one of those two business pursuits -  lunch with client, assistant, or prospect.... and dinner/drinks with the band or promoter.

Or invest in main road frontage not in rentals defined to subdivison, anti main drag minimums that never have the opportunity for other property pursuits

The pursuit of this dream (at $300k of debt) may destroy your relationship. 

Based on what you all have said, over the next 5-10 years my primary pursuits will be to first and foremost maximize my education and income in my profession and secondarily to invest in my business from a cashflow perspective (buying practices and dental real estate, hiring new associates to run those practices, etc).

We are presently in pursuit of a good financing solution for this project, this seems like a great opportunity to apply commercial financing as we have six units on our hands (3 separate properties).

I have thought of it and am actively in pursuit of it.
