I also invest in other assets such as stocks, and private companies as well. for RE agents I see absolutely no conflict.. its their job.. not every agent starting out can afford to buy a rental.. and note very agent even wants to own a rental ( like me) I only like to deal in land when I sold RE to the public .

They are usurping your property for the benefit of the public.

Kansas City is the “Heart of America” a transportation hub in the center of the country with a small city feel and the big city attractions of art, culture, fine dining, and professional sports teams.

I’d love to come to a meeting of the minds and a public forum probably isn’t the best place to do that.

It's in municipalities best interest to have this information readily available to the public so their rules are abided by. 

When I worked in Public Accounting, the firms charged way more than I think they are worth for a small portfolio.

Their REITs were initially sold to the investing public at $10.00 per share.  

These are properties publicly listed with photos, etc.

Just a heads up, we don't post our prices publicly because we raise them frequently given our growth, and don't want potential members to get outdated pricing information. 

Public records are also scarce.
