The best option is to respond quickly and professionally in hopes that they move out.I would give the tenant two options: 1. vacate the rental in one week, leaving it in the same condition as when they moved in, and I will refund their deposit within 72 hours; or2.

I would pick a major tourist destination where it wasn't saturated with STR's already.That would take some research but you could google top vacation destinations and find a place you would go on vacation.

I think it sticks to things that have a commercial related valuation like STRs, vacation properties, etc., and less on very good properties in very good neighborhoods.
