As others have mentioned ...there were about 200 "prospective students the first day. 

.: There are companies that provide this and I even believe some do a revenue share with apartments.We had looked into this a while back for some of our properties.Not a bad revenue stream and a nice little perk to have new EVs charging near the clubhouse/office where new prospective residents can also see them.

If you're getting a lot of traction with prospective but qualified tenants that would like to view the unit - let them know the time that the leasing/showing agent will be there so they can view the interior.If they're going to lease the property for you - one to half a months rent is fair compensation.

Hi, As a property manager (based in Chicago), I have to say the screening process is paramount, because its the start of your relationship with various prospects.

A room without a closet can come off weird to a prospective tenant and home buyer.

If the home sits for a period w/o a viable bid from a prospective OO then it'll be opened to investors.

Do you have any of these that can justify the price so prospective tenants can see that the net cost is equal?
