I've gotten more interested in learning wholesaling lately, thanks to Jamil's passionate promotion of the strategy on the On the Market podcast.

The question comes with various customized details but it's the same answer over-n-over again, to such a degree that answer-burn becomes a very real thing.

Most billion dollar portfolio holders have there assets listed on their company website or are out there promoting their business through their assets one way or another.

Burned my *** too many times lol.I am here to learn new strategies and take part in discussion regarding landlording and home improvement.   

It might make more sense to just keep the rate, rent it out, save $30-35k, increase your income through a promotion or find another field and work for 2 years or more,  and buy another primary with a conventional loan. 

Would stay away from TX - have a few friends that were burned on the Dallas and also Austin markets...
