LLC/ Corporation documentation (Must be a US based corporation or LLC) Most lenders may require a minimum credit score of 650 for this program if the borrower has US credit.

There used to be the one post people "the shills" saying how great XYZ's Mentorship program was.

Most people I know start with low money down programs so they can get away with a initial capital investment of around $25k but you also need reserves.  

The judgments have to be looked up manually, because screening software only looks for unlawful detainers and the Virginia court records don’t feed consistently accurate to the other programs.

My brokerage is part of Anywhere RE, we have the biggest names under our umbrella (ERA, Caldwell Banker, Sotherbys, BHG, Century 21) and we have a fantastic referral program that I can hand pick an agent anywhere in the country and interview them for you to make sure they have the qualities you are looking for.

There are many who preach this program but the reality is if you run the actual numbers I would argue that is NOT the case.
