As far as the damage is concerned, it's not so much that it's dirty and the fins are bent (which personally would drive me nuts if it were my" new" AC unit), but if the unit were to fail prematurely or require service, no matter what or when, it will be your fault.

@Conway Churaman Like others have pointed it might be premature to stop working before you have more concrete plan than you want to do something in RE.

But BP suggest starting with a book that includes task and learning that seeming are premature.

Second, they have the risk of you dying prematurely so they have to put enough money into a pool to make sure they can pay claims.
