It would make scrubbing crayon off walls and snaking Hotwheels out of toilets and scraping fingernail polish off the hardwoods so much less onerous.As for the "unmarried couple" part, I'm pretty sure that's a protected class, if not federally then probably in SF.

However initial cash flow alone is not how many of the most polished investors qualify worthy investments.

That extra polish is pretty cheap and makes a huge impression.

I am far from one to push higher education but for a young person without access to a large amount of cash or contacts, a degree in business, engineering or architecture adds to your knowledge base and gives you a bit of credence and polish when you are lacking in other areas.

We provide a three page "Move Out Guidelines" which details the cleaning required, from pulling out refer and cleaning behind/under it, to polishing faucets and other metallic surfaces to eliminate water spotting and fingerprints.

There are others out there, but not as polished and capable as the Nest.
