Hi,  Looking to buy a SFR in Plano and checking to see which is the best HomeWarranty to buy. 

Looking in Frisco, Plano, RIchardson area. with rent, lease-option, or buy for the right property. have a rottweiller (friendly and only 2 yrs old). or possibly rowlett/sunnyvalle area.3/2, good school district for jr high/high school. near gymnastics studios.if you have something or know of something coming on the market for mid-june, I thank you in advance for your assistance.

I've seen a lot of that in Plano.

I do know of an in-person Meetup in Plano next week (Aug 8) though.

I hope you probably noticed the market particularly in Frisco, McKinney and Plano.

If you want to invest in areas that are booming and going to give you a high ROI, I suggest looking in Frisco, Plano, Mckinney, Little Elm and The Colony, depending your price point.

I have a meetup in Plano in a couple of weeks.  

There are some duplexes up north in Richardson, Plano, etc. that might be cash-flowable and are definitely in nicer neighborhoods.
