There were weekly group video phone calls that despite usually only having 5-10 people online I could never get a question answered leaving me to believe they were pre recorded.

(we charge the same Processing Fee as depositing to our bank)4) Pay online using their tenant portal (we absorb the small fee, to encourage this behavior as the internal resources saved more than cover that fee)We understand we have scales of efficiency a DIY landlord won't.

We live in California at the moment and I have W2 job and my wife a small online business.

Sometimes, just offering to handle some basic admin work or help with marketing can get your foot in the door.If you’re not sure where to begin, you could take a quick online course to brush up on the tools or skills you think might be useful.

Their online reviews on google seem great and everything is 5 stars but I promise you the team is terrible.

Online metrics can be good, but they wont paint the whole picture. 

I know this is a differing topic on the forums, and online in general, but having the legal background/education and knowing estate planning concepts you'll realize it shouldn't be.  

Also, if anyone has any experience with DSCR lenders online, I would love to hear any recommendations.Thanks,Gene
