I don't trust them and it so much more reliable to take a few minutes and look at your real competition to set pricing. 

It's definitely one of those issues that is very specific, and would need to be worked out with Planning.

I just stayed in a hotel in Moab and we had an A/C issue and it took two days to resolve and, honestly, that's not that out of line with my normal experience at hotels.I don't know where people dreamed up this idea that all hotels have someone waiting outside your room ready to resolve anything in 5 minutes. 

The Property and The NumbersThe property I ended up buying is in Athens, Alabama, about 40 minutes from Huntsville.

I can tell in five minutes if it's a deal or not.
