Perfect example Oregon ( Hillsboro tech Hud) got a massive amount of Chips Federal Grants as Chips are seen as a National need ( dont want to rely on Taiwan)  Intel is largest employer in state . the city of Hillsboro identified 1700 acres to bring in to ensure future high Tech growth ( got to have the land)  the no growthers and farmers and newspapers scream we cant have sprawl U cant do this.. we have plenty of land already in the Urban Growth areas.. while thats true very few parcels are over 40 acres in size.

The massive influx of full-time residents to our market in the last 5 years has led to a shortage of affordable housing for renters.

We served the tenant 90 day notice as she was throwing massive parties in the home with complaints from neighbors, etc.

Hello,Despite all of the warnings to only invest in landlord friendly states, there are massive investments made in cities like New York San Fran. etc. 

The 900sf is not massive so I don't thing spraying will benefit much imo.

The contracts aspect is major, VERY major, not to mention it can make massive $ differences in a sale.
