Upstairs, the primary bedroom suite (notice we're not allowed to say "master suite" anymore) adds extras such as a massage room and private terrace.

The tenant says that she started a massage business in November 2020 (I know seems to be a bad time for that) and makes 2,000 a month so not sure if I can really count that. 

I am also a licensed massage therapist working in prestigious 30A.

Consuming content generally gives me tons of information that I still have to sort and massage to try and apply it to my situation. 

Another friend, who is a self employed massage therapist got it as well. 

Whatever they do, do not massage the numbers and raise their offer just to buy a property.

It will host a healthy cooking school, yoga, massage and meditation.
