You won't be sorry you laid that subfloor, not everyone has to but for your floor it will make the difference in longevity.

That is the best place to get a true picture of disputes, current licensing and insurance, longevity and whether or not they keep changing licenses (multiple licences for the same person over the course of a few years can indicate less than desirable business practices).

I think from a longevity standpoint, Arvada is most secure given they just updated their regulations last month.

(IF they approve to replace it, due to past hail/wind storms)   But as Nathan said, be sure to get 2-3 opinions, from Roofers in your area that have LONGEVITY and are known to be Honest about pricing and evaluation (yes, there are still a few of us like that around!)
