I don't know the details of your lease - rents, length of lease, triple net, commission amount - but if it makes financial sense and makes the customer happy then absolutely pay for it.

@Atul Mohlajee not sure who your attorney is, but three of our attorneys approved our automatically renewing lease that requires tenant to give proper Notice so it does NOT auto-renewal.Michigan law also allows any length of Notice requirement, ours is 60 days.That aside, a judge can rule however they want, forcing the losing side to go through an expensive appeal process.Regarding the 1.5 SD, they are legally allowed to deduct any damages, then apply the rest to outstanding rent.My opinion is that the PMC should only be able to charge:1) Rent + lease utilities until a replacement tenant is found (Michigan statute)2) Whatever the lease contract states

The other sucky rule the city has is the minimum rental length is 7 days so whether you rent for 1 day or 7, it counts as 7.

The issue there is the $10,000 cash bond they require when applying for the permit and the length of time it takes to get your money back when you successfully complete work on the property.

This is irrelevant...many, many many many people create new profiles just to complain about something or someone, so the length of the profile has been active has zero to do with the actual complaint.in addition, many people create aliases just to avoid retaliation.why do I even have to explain this to you?
