Can you refuse someone because they have a swastika tattooed on their forehead?

I actually suggest a laser printer, the thing about low use with the inkjets is the inkjet cartridges dry out easily, and/or they "self-clean" which is where they just use up their own ink, and the cost of the ink is a total scam.
