It has taken four months.Unfortunately, when probate is involved, the process can absolutely drag out.

If you decide to take the partnership from a trial, to an ongoing long-term partnership, then get the attorneys involved and create an ironclad, partnership. 

With new regulations in Canada like the flipping tax and property gains tax, I want to be mindful of the risks involved.
