Hi everyone,I'm looking for a good book that focuses on negotiating a good deal, finding motivated sellers, and interpersonal skills in obtaing a great deal.Can anyone provide any good references to this?

I'm currently employable but less so every year.The thing I don't like about management is that it invariably doubles interpersonal relationship issues.  

A large factor initially was my lack of familiarity with the industry and my behavioural expectations of the workforce.  

You therefore need to be on alert for the "thermostat at 90 with the window's open" in January behaviour;7) Social dynamics become harder to ignore when you rent by the room as you are the common link/cause for the individuals sharing a house.  

In our interpersonal relationswe should never forget that all our associates are human beings andhunger for appreciation.

In those cases where the unacceptable behaviour continues, we will serve notice (3-months from the end of an annual lease) that we are not renewing.

The more roommates you have, the more you can expect interpersonal problems.The money can be good if you're willing to put in the work and have proper policies and procedures in place.

SFH/MFH, you can say the same thing, but there is a lot more to learn, nuances, grey judgment areas, interpersonal skillsets required, hidden issues, etc. 

That seems like pretty egregious behaviour either way. 

If you have great interpersonal skills but poor business finance skills, consider a partner who understands business accounting.
