Instead of throwing your deal out to a bunch of strangers on the internet, I recommend you do your research to find a local expert with 20+ ACTIVE years in real estate in your market.

Of course, you can delegate most of these tasks to employees, but then you should also budget time for employee management, hiring, and training.

Also, dont work with big internet lenders like rocket, lending tree, etc.

Because with an HOA in tow that means your not doing it alone, you have active "partners" who will be taking care of a slew of things so think of it like training wheels.
