I would anticipate it would depend on the level of detail you desired but it has been my experience that the will do free estimates.

Sadly, on BiggerPockets, some are quick to label companies as scams without real experience.

With the capital and experience to offer I've seen this work well as a joint venture.

I have an idea of an initial investment and returns I would like to hit, but would love to speak with those of actual experience to see if my numbers are realistic.

The unique thing about this platform is that you can actually search reviews from BP members and interact with them about their experience with that particular QI.

I'd love to connect with local investors to hear about their experiences purchasing their first properties and the lessons they learned. 

However, I haven't been able to find any official information confirming whether this is legal or if it violates any laws.I'm hoping someone here might have experience with this or know of a reliable source that can clarify the legality of contacting a tenant's commanding officer.

Of course your individual experience may vary and maybe you have a marketing and sales background so it is a good fit.
