I’m sick of being hosed by these guys and I expect every contractor to be wrong with their estimate.

Plumbing: Remove all existing plumbing drain and supply lines and install new plumbing supply lines to the newkitchen location, new laundry location front and rear hose bibs and new hot water heater location.

I understand that he doesnt want all that money in one year because he doesnt want to pay a ton of taxes but I do feel like at 10% you are getting hosed for sure.

You can hook a hose up to the tank and run it over to a drain to avoid have to empty the bucket daily.  

@Yuvaraj Vimawala I can get a new AC system with new duct work installed here from one of my guys for under $4,500.I have a great handyman that would install the window unit quickly.They make portable units that the tenant could plug in and stick the exhaust hose out the window easily.

The threads on a hose bib are the same as a garden hose.

So, here's one very strong argument for never, ever EVER using accordion-type plastic or thin metal dryer vent hose. 

I feel like I might be getting hosed on my property insurance. 

The outlet looks old and the hose bib looks new.

The most common expensive things are water damage from washing machine hose breaks and leaks, facets that fail, clogged toilets flooding, sinks backing up and things like that.
