I am relocating to Southern Florida around March/April to serve as a recruiter at the South Dade Recruiting Station in Miami.I am planning to purchase my first property and aim to take advantage of the VA Loan and Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) benefits to make this possible.

I'm waiting because I still haven't owned my house for 6 months.

You would need to let them know you are 2nd lender and want to pay the loan off.

I can say from having taught classes on these loans that your contractor will be the biggest key to your success.

@Jason Piccolo or @Ram Go, what is the loan balance, interest rate, and when does the loan mature?  

House hacking is an excellent strategy, especially with the potential to use an FHA loan to secure a property with a low down payment. 

Ignore seller finance for a second...Can you buy a house, put 20% down...yes.
