Don't make your life more complicated than it has to be.

Find one that fits with your life and how much effort/capital you have.

It will depend on your preferences and how well you think you will tolerate having a room mate as you approach a new life with your partner.

So even though I lost a deal and commission I won loyalty and a client for life and became very valued as an agent and very successful by getting the money that was deserved and obviously, rightfully, morally and legally due to her.  

Really nothing can replace real life connections! 

,As a I shared with Jorge, I would like to move to Miami for better quality of life and opportunities in other arenas.

I know it defies logic, but many things in life defy logic and the evidence I've experienced follows suit. 

Obviously that feeling seems to extend to all people in all facets of life everywhere.

Sometimes life happens faster than you think (weddings, job changes, market shifts), so it helps to know your break even point in case you need to move on sooner rather than later.

Given their age and position in life… mailbox money flow forever sounds like a good start to retirement to me!
