How about an easier one, lower the cost of a hamburger by 20%, it's just burgers, give that a whirl before trying to lower cost of housing and it's 4,000 components. 

When I get a bad hamburger at McDonalds, I don't drive to the owner's house because I don't know where he lives... and I'm not a weirdo.  

Georg/Hamburg, Neukoelln/Berlin or many others where you have seen complete neighborhoods changing both in investor and tenant perception (with the corresponding hikes in rentals and sales prices).

Would he be surprised to not be served a hamburger from a restaurant or to be refused service in a store owned or worked by a Democrat?
