Or maybe it goes and picks up groceries, dry cleaning, takes the dog to grooming, go to maintenance, picks up kids from school and takes them to soccer.I wonder what we do with all the garages at homes...that have 2-3 car garages?

I know some of them have Commercial Arms within the brokerage but I suspect those folks aren't fooling with duplex's or SFR rentals.Also for the average investor who might just buy a few props a year going to be pretty hard to break into a actual top producers rolodex of go to buyers.. they already have themI like to groom newer to mid term agents to my specifics and help them grow.
