I want to be sure I’m structuring things in a way that protects my assets while allowing for growth and still keeping money partners protected.Any feedback would be awesome. 

Pricelabs costs but the ease with which all the comp sets are gathered and updates both calendars on Airbnb & VRBO make the subscription worth it to me.

I also saw your post on one of the local Buffalo facebook forums, and will caution you that you are going to get a WIDE variety of feedback from a WIDE variety of investors -- especially on that group!

However, to someone who is currently priced out of the condo, SF, and MF market in most cities, this is a dream come true.Open to Feedback.
