How was the experience?

Hi everyone, I am wondering if anyone Has had any good experience with a particular lender that will loan on a empty lot?

This is not only my experience, but when you call VRBO or Airbnb customer service, they will tell you the same thing.

@Lulu LueHUD has 2 online databases of lenders showing which ones have the most experience with 203k's.

If they're evaluating other properties and you have a good social presence that gives them peace of mind and a good sense that they'll have a nice living experience, that could be the tipping point if they're considering a similar property.
