I am so frustrated and saddened this person did such a thing but was told that If I sell the property, which I prefer to do by seller finance, the code enforcement cancels.

Incredibly frustrating.  

That can be so frustrating.

It sounds like nothing has fundamentally changed but you are feeling frustrated with capex spikes and a bad tenant.

They couldn’t handle the situation, and after months of frustration, I ended up dealing with the tenant directly to collect rent myself.RTR knew they’d messed up and even paid me some money as compensation, asking me not to post anything negative (which I’m clearly not doing).

And I understand the frustration, disappointment, and even the anger of the posters who invested.  

I just wanted to clarify that my frustrations are with the PM mngt team, not with RTR.

I have also used hard money and private lenders as well.What Started my obsession with REI:I, like many of the individuals on BP was frustrated with the lack of freedom as well as minimal feeling of accomplishments through my 9-5 job.

I'm a little frustrated because from the plumbing bill I don't understand what exactly was repaired and why.

"Buyers" like that will only frustrate you and leave you working for nothing.
