In the Melbourne/Titusville markets we are seeing properties sit on the market longer than in recent years which bodes well for you being able to do your due diligence and book a flight or get a realtor out there to scope it for you.

I was thinking Mexico City since it's a 3 hour flight away.

Universities, flight schools, HR departments for corporate housing, military bases, etc... the list is actually pretty long. 

Why don't you just say GWBjr was worst pres for air travel because look at all the flight cancelations under him, then say how we need to ignore 911. 

If you have a five hour flight, it makes it much harder to get to the market to tour properties.I would look at job growth as well.

I would say look at the big ticket items, roof, foundation, electric, plumbing, HVAC and assess from there if anything needs to be done
