When you have a 40 plus year career at this its easy to talk about a lot of subjects.. and we all have learned the hard way myself included.. its why we give back to the BP community to try to help them through the learning curve.. there are a lot of threads on BP that talk about the risk of this type of investment. where this one gets a little wild is this is the first time someone with so much social media success in a different field jumped into the fray and started selling this stuff..

Obviously, the rules will differ from state to state.The most successful buyers have trusted bidders with cashier’s checks in multiple denominations (for cash sales) and the actual buyers have field runners and people to monitor multiple prospective properties at a given time and check sales status for postponements due to BK, etc.This is the case in larger metro markets where many properties could go to sale but few do so.There are often better ways to acquire properties then auctions.

It was pretty wild I brought my plane down from Oregon and had it hangered at Hawkins field which I did not realize at the time was the middle of the hood.. but it was safe and Jackson was a good base to fly to my other markets.
