'Flipping is considered erratic and high risk but if your research tells you most win, then it's a no brainer for you.

And I totally agree, providing the best value is key and I know that's what would eventually "win" the deal for me at the end of the day.

Subject To isn't by it's nature fraudulent, it's just the hammer the attorney will use to try to win his case.
