In that process, I got my real estate license to buy the house and save on fees. 

I still don't have my contractors license but have been doing the work as one should.

I am licensed in the state of Florida.

This will vary depending on if a handyman can do the job or a licensed contractor is needed.

My issue issue is they state you don’t need a license to do this.

He did not provide driver license.
