Here’s my two cents:Paying off the condo might make sense if your main goal is to reduce risk and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with no mortgage.

There are landlords who are proud to own properties while offering their communities a nice and safe place to live (and enjoying the benefits of having someone else pay for your appreciating asset).

My primary business is owning a wealth management company, and is where I enjoy spending my time.

Once I reached that goal, the drive for the next one felt just as strong.Reminder to enjoy the journey and that it’s not about the destination.Every goal you reach, you will enjoy it for a short time, then be on to the next one.How do you balance striving to do better and for more while understanding that it will never be enough?

The tenants enjoy using the interface, it is simple to communicate with them as a whole or individually, collect rent payments and see when they are in transit, offer CC payment options at tenants expense, track maintenance request, share documents, and lease the property.Short comings are their financial portion.

Although I’m just getting started, luckily I've being able to invest in 2 mutli-family properties in New Jersey, it was a lot of work but I really enjoyed it.
