I have a high regard for stay at home mothers.  08 to 2011 I lost virtually 95% of my net worth and it was not an insignificant sum. 

And in my opinion both have their pros and cons and neither is superior to the other (and that's why I have both in my portfolio).Passive investments can be structured in virtually any way and usually they pass on the exact same tax benefits as direct (at least from the ones that I consider to be "acceptable").

There s no reason for anyone I do not know to park on that street aftern10 at night (or virtually any time).To get to my property you go through enough security cameras that it may rival Fort Knox.So ~10:30 a car alarm goes off.  

If you don’t have one already, try adding a video or virtual tour to attract more interest.Make sure your photos are high-quality and show the best features of the home.

This should be obvious if you consider FSBO and similar has been around for decades, with virtually no greater market share despite the proliferation of avenues out there.

If people want money that does not enable nation states to enslave others or create wars then there's Bitcoin. 

I get the sense that you have an axe to grind against PPR, but it is not due to anyone's actual fund experience.Conversely, what was the experience of virtually every buy and hold stock and bond mutual fund investor, or single stock investors, in that timeframe? 

Have you ever considered hiring someone that uses software (like Matterport) to 360 map and image your unit for prospective tenants to do virtual tours?

If you don't have a virtual assistant yet, I'd recommend getting one to help with things like tenant communications and coordinating contractors.
