Embrace that fact or get out.Prepare for eviction, take the loss and decide if you should sell or hire a PM to manage your property as a business.

That's what I feel is fair and more PM companies should embrace.  

Think about this: whatever you do to treat the pee has to penetrate, saturate, or remove to the depth that the pee penetrated/saturated.

If your strategy is “make ___ lowball offers until you hit on an acceptance” that’s tough to get a seasoned realtor to embrace.

why can't Realtors Embrace this savings and offer it to their buyers as well?
