Does that mean they are financially capable and not going to go belly up, not for certain but that is a lot of builders in general.

Have you noticed on BP thread after thread about assorted syndications suspending distributions, going belly up, taking measures to prevent going belly up? 

There is a battery component but this eliminates about 90% of the battery need. 

It may be worth the investment if you decide to do out of state to eliminate any potential mishaps when it comes to timely repairs if needed. 

There could also be a change to the HOA by-laws eliminating the right to lease and alternatively if too many units are tenant occupied it could impact the warrantability of the financing which would be problematic if you wanted to sell the unit.

Eliminate all your bad debt first, prepare your savings even deeper and put it on a downpayment for a single family house if you do not have one.

Not including septic of course because that;s an easier run.I would do a sewer scope even if just to know if/where there were branch lines or moderate blockages.....or even the bellies.
