I've been reading up on the process to go from advertisement to signed lease.

In our largest listing, we have a triplex with a total of 11 beds and 10 baths with each bedroom set up to be potentially rented by the room (electronic lock on each bedroom door, and most with a private bathroom).

It did not make a loan, so that is false advertising, and the contract, which is the the mortgage, is based on fiction, otherwise known as fraud. 

I recommend you include some of your key qualification criteria in the advertisement.

The funds are deposited electronically each month.  

I am convinced because listings sites pick markets they think make them more money to advertise.

How are they still advertising this? 

So, why is McDonalds still spending billions on advertising?
