I'd recommend communicating more with the PM directly.

Focusing on just a few markets gives you efficiency at scale with your team and process.

AS noted we have two small positions and communication is very good reports are on time K 1s are on time.. of course we will see how it all ends up .. but for day to day operations compared to the horror stories you are hearing about other syndicators they are doing very well.Thanks!

I would go middle of the road on efficiency if the tenants pay heat.

Do not communicate with the tenants except as advised by the attorney.

The most tax efficient way to fix and flip a home you plan to live in would be to live in the home for 2 years as your primary residence.

Also, clear communication with your parents about goals, risks, and expectations will also help avoid tension.
