Once you complete and rent/stabilize, you should easily be able to get into a DSCR loan.

They don't care about doing the right thing they care about hooking, selling and maintaining appearances just long enough to win business. 

'Flipping is considered erratic and high risk but if your research tells you most win, then it's a no brainer for you.

All have performed well and rent easily.

If you have the extra cash you can buy more units or be able to handle expenses that crop up more easily.

Those stores go with whoever wins the cheapest contract. 

Or maybe they do now since the last time I used it.It’s an excellent solution for smaller portfolios because you can easily spot discrepancies.
