I highly recommend listening to the podcast interview with the VP of Airdna either on BiggerPockets the past couple months or maybe it was STR secrets podcast.

James Dainard is spilling all his secrets in his first book, taking all the experiences he's learned from in his 3,500+ flips and sharing it with you! 

Maybe I’m wrong, but I doubt it.Again, I don't comprehend your ignorance level on some of this stuff as it is not top secret stuff, it's common knowledge for most brokers.... 

The first way you get to learn the secret behind doors, see things get ugly, get your hands dirty, it may or may not save you money but will get you the working experience you needed so you can appreciate the work and know how to talk to people.
