Discomfort doesn't constitute an emergency.  

Surely, a tiny amount of discomfort and a few hours per year of effort are worth living for FREE!

I understand your discomfort.

@Sarah Pursell  My reading is this: It appears, she is causing you some stress or some type of aggravation or discomfort.

so lean into that discomfort.  

But I will tell you that the ONLY people these things work for are people who are ready to mentally commit to some serious growth and discomfort.  

The best thing about over the counter sales is you have no one bidding against you for the property and you don't endure the discomfort of an auction.Most of the commentators have more experience at this than I do and may have a different recommendation or a better way to do it. 

The feeling of discomfort isn't validated by fact, just emotional discomfort...never had a house rent for so much.

You did take on some discomfort but you also made sure you were paid for your effort unlike others who would have just absorbed the loss in total.
