After careful consideration of where I want to take my business, I've realized that raising capital isn't the direction I'm interested in.

Unfortunately I was told they could not give us the full $8k for some reason but credit us $6k which was awesome plus the $2k directly mailed check from the seller.

You can't directly do something to allow you to sell the flip, and buy the triplex without paying gains.

First, and i don't know why nobody else is catching this, you MUST go directly to your broker, sit down and discuss all this with them.
