Definitely a lot to digest.

I know I'm tipping the sacred cow here, but cashflow is checkers, appreciation is chess.  

Unless someone is well established in their business, I would start small until you've got the money and assets to digest those kinds of fees. 

Now we have a cash cow we can use for our next investment.

Gotta get me some more laughing cow wedges this month.
