Has anyone used the FuelPoint lead generation platform? I just sat in on a demo and am curious if anyone has experience working with them. It seems like a lot more of these lead-gen groups are popping up. 

One is a non-conforming duplex, the other is a flip with lot split-development opportunities.

You develop relationships with a handle of people that are creating notes and you help them recapitalize, it is like a conveyor belt of deals coming to you.  

Just do thorough research on the local market and have a solid plan for managing the properties remotely.Good luck!

For example, we've recently taken over marketing internally because the property management company was not experienced enough in using the newer advertising methods we need to pursue.

While @Phillip Austin mentioned Raleigh is a higher returns its just very much a appreciation market, you will not find rentals that cashflow, so depending on your goals its a good or bad market.

Don't do real estate over the Stock market.
