Tenants will bring in family members who are temporarily/permanently homeless, single moms will bring in new boyfriends, daughters who produce children will have a tendency to drop their offspring off with grandma and grandpa to raise, etc.. 

I've been a stay at home mom for 35 years, now stay at home grandma so my daughter can work.

At the moment I am in Miami visiting my daughter but on the 18th I’ll be visiting my son in Dallas, where my wife and I would like to continue our RE investing in flipping houses.Thanks a lot.Alejandro

I only invest in areas that we would live (me, my wife and our little daughter), and for us that means we naturally avoid D areas. 

I would most likely rent it out to my daughter.  

This has left me to work with the sellers only daughter who is just a real peach! 

I am looking to buy long-term rental properties as a source of income from now through retirement that will leave a legacy for my two daughters.
